Our Returns & Refunds Policy.

We want you to love everything you order from We Boujee. 

If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Request a Return: Email us at weboujeeshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: Received a damaged or incorrect item? We'll replace it at no extra cost. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened skincare and beauty products (for hygiene reasons) - Items marked as final sale - Gift cards Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend tracked shipping as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
